Despite predictions of a quarter to a half inch of rain, a storm system passing through on November 9th and 10th dumped very little measurable rain in western Riverside and northern San Diego counties. Some northern areas such as Lake Elsinore and Hemet received no measurable rain.
Southern De Luz led the way with 0.10" from the two-day storm.
