The Fallbrook rain gauge seems clogged again Monday morning. Rain totals are probably under the actual rainfall. We'll have better results later today; there are manual rain gauges on site.

A resident owl is usually responsible for the clogs. It likes to roost on the rain gauge at night and sometimes uses it as a bathroom.
