As of 315 pm Friday...
An area of strong storms is moving off the Palomar Mountains into Riverside County. The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Advisory until 5 pm for these storms. Rainfall of 1.5 inches is estimated to have already fallen, and another 1 to 1.5 inches is possible in the heaviest part of these storms.
Affected areas include just east of Palomar Mountain...to Anza.
Look for local flooding, hail up to quarter size, strong gusty winds, and lightning causing fire starts outside the rain area from now through 5 pm.
