Rain Gauge Not Functioning

Due to problems at the Lake Elsinore weather station, we are taking rain readings manually. The problem apparently has been present for a while, but due to lack of rain recently (until Saturday) we didn't know about it.

We plan on getting the rain gauge rewired and functioning again properly very soon.
