Daylight Saving Time (DST) begins in most of the United States and Canada on Sunday, March 8th, at 2am.
Clocks go forward one hour at 2am, which becomes 3am, resulting in an extra hour of daylight in the evening.
Daylight Saving Time will end on November 8th this year. |
