A weak storm Friday and Saturday left only scattered rainfall across the inland valleys.
Friday afternoon and evening proved to be wet in the San Jacinto Valley. WeatherCurrents' Hemet location received 0.61", 0.26" of that in a mid-afternoon dousing. San Jacinto received 0.28" Friday. Menifee recorded 0.19", and Perris got 0.09" of rain.
East San Jacinto received 0.37" Friday, according to a report from Monty Parrot.
Most other inland locations experienced sprinkles, although Fallbrook and Riverside received measurable rainfall (0.01"). Sprinkles also occurred in some locations Saturday morning before the storm cleared out in the afternoon.
Immediately before the storm, up to 0.15" of rain was predicted. |
