Forecast not current
A persistent trough over the West will keep a deep marine layer in place this week with areas of drizzle west of the mountains each night and morning. Skies will be sunny in the mountains and deserts. The trough will move inland midweek and bring a chance for more widespread areas of light rain Wednesday and Thursday. Building high pressure over the West Coast Friday and Saturday will bring warmer days to the valleys, mountains and deserts, but little temperatures change near the coast.
