 A weak Pacific storm brought scattered rainfall to the region Wednesday, with some areas getting continued showers on Thursday. The storm was very sporadic in nature, bringing heavier showers to some areas while missing others entirely. Precipitation totals were mostly under 0.10" , and some locations did not record any rain at all. Two notable exceptions were the traditionally wet communities of Fallbrook and De Luz, which both recorded 0.47"  and 0.30" , respectively. The other wetter locations of the storm included northwest Murrieta, Temecula and Wine Country to the east, all with 0.10" . WeatherCurrents stations in Hemet, Lake Elsinore, Perris, San Bernardino and Wildomar all did not receive enough rainfall to measure. The storm did little to relieve the ongoing drought, however, shower chances are possible again going into next week. Rainfall is expected to be light, if any falls at all.
