A weak cold front swept down the state Tuesday, and brought scattered rain to parts of the region Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning.
Most communities recorded less than a tenth of an inch. Hemet recorded the most rainfall, with 0.20 inches there. A notable total of 0.18 inches was reported by Monty Parrott in East San Jacinto. Some locations recorded no rain at all.
Seasonal rainfall-to-date remained well below average all across the region, with the exception of the San Jacinto Valley, which benefited from last summer's monsoonal rains.
