Winchester Road Closed between Dominegoni Parkway and Scott Road

Winchester Road was closed early this morning by the CHP between Dominigoni Parkway and Scott Road. Heavy fog was reported in that area, though it is not known at this time weather the closure is a weather related accident or not.

Revised: Closure was due to a traffic collision at 4:47am. The collision resulted in one fatality and one moderate injury.
