Tuesday's high temperature of 94.1°F in Temecula was the warmest November temperature in Temecula since November 13, 1999. A double hit of offshore winds and high pressure aloft contributed to record or near-record temperatures Tuesday in inland communities.
Murrieta was even hotter at 95.2°F, and that was the hot spot for the eight WeatherCurrents weather stations.
Sun City's maximum temperature was 94.7°F, Riverside's was 94.2°F, it was 94.0°F in De Luz, Lake Elsinore's was 93.8°F, and 93.8°F in Fallbrook.
Hemet was coolest, recording 92.1°F for it's high.
