The latest forecasts call for a mild weekend in western Riverside and northern San Diego counties, the mildest of the month and perhaps the coolest of the summer so far.
Marine layer influence coupled with an upper level low pressure system should combine to keep afternoon temperatures in the lower 80's in Temecula Valley and Fallbrook areas, and around 90°F along the Elsinore convergence.
The month of August is typically the hottest month of the year. This August has been mostly normal to date, based on climate data for Temecula, WeatherCurrents oldest weather station. |
